Payments
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Google Checkout, PayPal & Checks. If you select a credit card as your payment option, please enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. We will also ask you to enter your credit card Security Number. (The Security Number is the 3-digit number on the back of MasterCard and Visa cards or the 4-digit number on the front of American Express cards). If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to enter your PayPal payment options. You will then be directed back to toysbythebundle.com to complete your order.
Delivery Charges & Order Dispatch
Delivery charges are weight-based. You can view the delivery charges as you add items to your cart. Customers outside the United States may be charged taxes, customs duties, or delivery surcharges. These charges vary by country.  All orders are delivered from our United States warehouse.

We deliver to most countries in Europe including: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican 
Order Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product we sell. We also reserve the right to refuse fulfillment of any order. We may take either of these actions after your order has been placed. We offer this site as a convenient shopping experience and service to our customers, but the availability of any product or service we offer is subject to change
Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, you must contact our Customer Service Center by logging in to your account and clicking the send message button. Orders can be cancelled within 1hour of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process. When an order enters the shipping process a confirmation email is sent to notify you that your order has been processed and scheduled for shipping.
Orders
We offer three types of order processing and delivery methods including:
·         Expedite Order Processing and Delivery
·         Priority Order Processing & Delivery
·         Standard (Non Urgent) Processing and Delivery
Processing Times: You can help determine if your order is late based on your selected shipping method. Order processing and delivery is strictly based on the stated timelines. Order enquiries should only be sent if the order is not received after the stated timelines. Note that orders are processed on working days only and delivery timelines is based on working days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays
Confirmation Emails: If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 4 hours after placing an order, your e-mail provider may be blocking our attempts to communicate with you. Please check your Junk Mail or bulk folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from toysbythebundle.com. 
Partial Shipments: It is not uncommon to receive your order in two or more shipments. Please read your dispatch notification email titled “Your order has been processed and scheduled for shipping” to see exactly how the order will be dispatched to you.
Returns
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied you may return most items sold by toysbythebundle.com within 21 days for a replacement or a refund. Note items such as Nerf guns, softwares, games, CDs  are not refundable. We do however, replace part(s) of any of these items that are damaged due to shipping or malfunction with 7days of receipt. Items that are returned within 21-30 days will only be replaced. We regret that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items returned after 30days.
To initiate a merchandise return please contact us via by logging into your account and sending us a message. We will cover postage expenses for returns due to errors or technicalities on our end. When sending email, please include the order number or the email address used to place the order and the item(s) you will be returning.
